Arrived looking for ideas to customize my 2022 road glide special. Though not a new rider, this is my first HD. Eli walked me over to a bike set up like mine. He listened to my ideas and gave me suggestions of upgrades and performance parts from my response. He then showed me on the bike the application. This was very helpful to create a visual. Then, he took the time create a build list, so I could use it for future purchases as well as possible gift ideas from friends and family. It was extremely helpful.
