Honestly, I dont usually take the time to write reviews, but the crew at Visalia is some of the most knowledgable and genuinely helpful people Ive ever dealt with at a Harley. There arent many dealerships left that make you feel like family when you walk through those doors. In my opinion, thats what Harley should be about, not the big business machine its turned into.
